Jim Soltesz recently participated on Montgomery County’s Business Advisory Panel where revenue projections for FY 2016 were presented. Mr. Soltesz provided his input on the current state of the local economy.
Soltesz recently hosted a professional development training class for employees titled “Communicate Like a Pro… Build Rapport, Relationships, Connect!” Soltesz employees representing each office attended the informative and valuable training seminar.
Jim Soltesz, President & CEO of Soltesz, was among the selected honored guests at the March 23, 2015 Stone Ridge School of the Sacred Heart turf field dedication ceremony. Soltesz rendered professional services in the design and delivery of the new turf grass stadium and associated parking, pedestrian, and vehicle circulation enhancements for the school.
Soltesz was a proud exhibitor at the Maryland Building Industry Association’s (MBIA) 2015 Builder Mart. The event was well-attended with over 3,000 participants and over 300 exhibit booths.

Soltesz is pleased to announce the roll out of the new Professional Development Training Program (PDTP), an informative program to implement and further develop best company and management practices.
Soltesz was proudly represented at the 2015 ICSC Mid-Atlantic Conference and Deal Making in National Harbor. Employees were on hand at the Deal Making Session to discuss Soltesz’s vast experience with retail projects in the Washington Metropolitan Area.
Soltesz recently attended the Groundbreaking Ceremony for the new Public Safety Training Academy campus, an array of buildings totaling 185,000 GSF at the new Montgomery County Multi-Agency Service Park (MASP). Soltesz is the civil engineer for this project, which includes an Academic Building, numerous training buildings, an apparatus building, and a fuel facility.
Soltesz is proud to have worked on the $66 million, 138,000 square-foot Transient Wounded Warrior Lodge at Walter Reed, which was recently selected as a Grand Award winner at the 2015 Engineering Excellence Awards, sponsored by the American Council of Engineering Companies (ACEC) of Virginia.
