Ed Carroll is responsible for managing the daily operations of our two Southern Maryland offices located in Waldorf and Leonardtown. His duties include financial management, resource allocation to meet client schedules, and management of project teams and support staff. Ed brings over 30 years of experience in the design and management of residential, commercial, institutional, and industrial land development projects located throughout Southern Maryland. His expertise includes project management, client relations, stormwater management design, water resources engineering, site feasibility analyses, site planning design, and local permitting. With his strong academic background in urban planning, combined with being a professional civil engineer, Ed routinely satisfies his clients with high-quality projects by balancing superior site planning techniques with innovative and cost-effective civil engineering solutions.
