Professional Development

Employees are reimbursed for relevant professional license renewals as well as for continuing education requirements needed to maintain their current license. Our Professional Development & Training Program offers over 60 training courses totaling 90 course hours, and the program is certified by the Maryland Board for Professional Engineers for Continuing Professional Competency credits.
