Groundbreaking Ceremony for Kaiser Permanente

Urban Atlantic and Kaiser Permanente is getting closer to its goal to bring about 850 employees to Prince George’s County. A groundbreaking celebration for the new 200,000 square foot facility at the New Carrollton Metro Station commenced on October 4, 2017. New Carrollton has grown immensely over the past five years. The 49-acre mixed-use development is planned to include 1.3M square feet of residential space, 1.1M square feet of office space, 150K square feet of retail space, and a hotel.
