Soltesz provided civil engineering, surveying entitlement,landscape architecture, and permitting for this Rocky Gorge Development project, which includes a Ryan Homes residential townhouse community as part of the mixed-use Town Center South development, located along St. Patrick’s Drive within the heart of Waldorf, Maryland.

The Ryan Homes Community consists of 196 single-family attached townhouses with numerous recreational amenities including dedicated open spaces, pocket parks, and a community center complex. This pedestrian-oriented community is in very close proximity to schools, retail shopping, and public transportation hubs.
