As a team lead and project manager, Ben supports projects and clients across Anne Arundel County, Howard County, Prince George’s County, and the entire DC metro region. He has over 15+ years of experience as a civil engineer for large commercial and mixed-use developments, residential and multifamily developments, public infrastructure development, and retrofits. His experience covers hydrology and hydraulic modeling, floodplain modeling and impact studies, storm drain and stormwater management design, site layout and grading, roadway design and grade establishment, water and sewer design, erosion and sediment control design, and cost estimating.

Ben has extensive knowledge of how to navigate local approval and permit processes, and as a project manager coordinates with clients, project design teams, and agency staff to expedite processes to ensure projects can stay on schedule and budget.
