Greg Hosendorf offers unique capabilities in land development and civil engineering. He has a versatile skillset from his wide range of experience within the public and private sectors. Over his two-decade career with Soltesz, Greg has supported clients within Charles County, St. Mary’s County, as well as federal projects on properties such as military bases and hospitals in the Washington Metropolitan Area. His range of project experience includes large-scale multifamily developments, energy and infrastructure facilities, industrial facilities, major roadway infrastructure, commercial, and residential developments.

As a Senior Project Manager and Professional Engineer, Greg’s background includes design of super elevated roadways, stormwater management, storm drain design, water and sewer plans, network analysis, grading, and sediment & erosion control. On a day-to-day basis, Greg manages and oversees project workload and budgets, provides goals and directives, attends agency and client meetings, resolves construction and permit-related issues, attends and represents clients in public hearings, prepares development plans, and overall project coordination.
