Courts at Clarksburg

Soltesz provided planning, civil engineering, and surveying tasks to obtain the required regulatory approvals for the construction of 140 single-family homes in Clarksburg, Maryland. The 54-acre development is located at the intersection of Ridge Road (MD Route 27) and Brink Road. In addition, to complete surveying services, Soltesz’s prepared preliminary plans, site plans, and Forest Conservation Plan applications. Our final engineering work included the preparation of a Sediment Control Plan, Stormwater Management Plan, Water/Sewer Plans, and Landscape Architectural services.
