PEPCO Waterfront Substation 223

Soltesz provided civil engineering support services for the Waterfront Substation project in Washington, DC. As a subconsultant to Sargent & Lundy, Soltesz support services included civil, survey, planning, and permitting review.

Soltesz reviewed all civil engineering drawings and design calculations at the 95% design stage and beyond. The review included stormwater management concepts, sediment and erosion control, site grading plan, site development, right-of-way entrance with DDOT, water/sewer connections, green area ratio results, and streetscape landscaping plan. In addition, the Soltesz team is attending project and field support meetings, reviewing reports and RFI's containing civil engineering design, and reviewing as-built drawing pertaining to civil engineering.
