Soltesz is working directly with Lantian for the development of the new Shady Grove Neighborhood Center, a new north Rockville mixed-use project off Shady Grove Road, close to the I-270 intersection. This development includes the transformation of seven office buildings totaling 450,000 square feet into a mixed-use live/work/play center.  The goal is to redevelop the 31-acre property with 2,700,000 square feet of mixed-use employment, plus approximately 800,000 square feet for parking surfaces.

The developer, Lantian, has been working with Soltesz for several months on the implementation of the project. Soltesz completed a due diligence study and is now moving forward with the formulation of development plans, including entitlement and final engineering. Soltesz is providing complete topographic surveying and underground utility designation services.
