Chris Valltos has an extensive background that includes experience in both the field and design, as well as overseeing management operations. During his longstanding career with Soltesz, Chris has developed a reputation for carrying out projects efficiently and routinely under budget. His field experience includes ALTA surveying, boundary surveys, construction layout, vertical and horizontal control, bathymetric and topographic surveys. His design experience includes the development of civil engineering and planning documents for Storm Water Management, Conceptual Site Plans, Detail Site Plans, Preliminary Plans, Grade Establishment Plans, and Storm Drain and Paving Plans. He is well versed with programs such as MicroStation, InRoads, HydroCad, Civil 3D, Flowmaster, and more.

As the Director of Surveying for our Lanham office, Chris manages our field team and oversees all survey efforts for Prince George’s County, Anne Arundel, Howard, Carroll County, and more.
