Technical Leadership

Mike Przybocki has over 20 years of experience in planning and design for commercial, residential and industrial projects. Mr. Przybocki supervises and leads a design team of engineers through the design and permitting process. His technical responsibilities include preparation of concept plans, feasibility, and detailed engineering studies. His background is in environmental planning, hydrology, landscaping, stormwater management, roadway, and storm drainage design. Mr. Przybocki has extensive and specialized experience preparing mining and reclamation plan applications for projects within many Maryland jurisdictions and extending into Virginia. Mike is based out of the Soltesz Waldorf office, where he is dedicated to providing a high level of Project Management service to his clients on many large and unique projects throughout the region.
