Technical Leadership

As the Director of Surveys, Tim leads and oversees the team of field technicians and survey crew. His expertise includes topographic, cross-section, traverse control, metes and bounds surveys, construction stakeout surveys, horizontal/vertical control, right-of-way dedications, and as-builts. He has extensive experience performing ALTA/ACSM certification surveys, utility location surveys, survey computations, and preparation of legal documents such as storm drain, stormwater management, and water and sewer easements. Tim has gained a great deal of experience with the Montgomery County Property Acquisition Section, the Washington Suburban Sanitary Commission (WSSC), the Maryland State Highway Administration (MSHA), and the City of Rockville.
