Timothy Hoffman is highly experienced in the design and management of land development infrastructure projects, including planning, engineering, stormwater management, storm drain design, hydrologic and hydraulic analyses, site planning, feasibility studies, sediment control, and floodplain management. He has performed work on both private and public projects. His range of experience across Montgomery County provides him an insight and understanding of regional needs and processes necessary to handle the unique challenges that often arise in development projects. He has a successful track record as a Project Manager for numerous large, fast-paced projects.
